Refund Policy
Return eligibility
Contact TENZONN before returning an item. Return eligibility depends on the product condition, packaging, hygiene status, and reason for return.
To protect pet health and safety, used food-contact, water-contact, grooming, litter, and personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed product fault or the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email luffjaks@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
Return requests
Include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the request, and supporting photos where relevant. We will review the request and provide return instructions when approved.
Unapproved returns
Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions. Unapproved returns may be delayed or declined if the parcel cannot be matched to an order or the return condition cannot be verified.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time after approval can vary by payment provider.
