Shipping
Orders are prepared after checkout and shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier, product availability, and seasonal volume. Free shipping is promoted for orders over HK$399 where eligible.
Order handling
Please review your shipping address, phone number, and email before placing an order. If an order needs a correction, contact us as quickly as possible so we can check whether it can still be adjusted before dispatch.
Tracking
When tracking is available, order updates will be sent through the contact details used at checkout. Tracking movement can take time to appear after a package is handed to the carrier.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on the product condition, packaging, hygiene status, and reason for return. For pet health and safety, used food-contact, water-contact, grooming, litter, and personal-care products may have limited return eligibility unless there is a confirmed product issue.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue. We will review the case and advise the next step.
Before returning an item
Please contact support before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may be delayed if we cannot match the package to an order or verify the return reason.
